1) - Submissions:
- Each participant shall submit a single picture for each category.
- Only 1 submission per category per participant.
- Each participant must submit their own pictures, and only photography they created and own rights to.
- Only new photos taken during the event timeframe are allowed, thus, you cannot use a picture you may have had from 2 years prior.
- Not all categories in an event need to be filled, but you only get points for each category submitted.
- No AI generated or enhanced images, and No photo manipulation allowed via programs like photoshop.
- www.Photo-Scavenger.com does not require and will not retain any rights to any photographic submissions. All rights retained by the photographer.

2) - Scoring
- 1 point for a submit photograph that fits the category subject matter.

- 1 point for a unique subject in a broad interpretive category, or unique perspective of a specific subject category.
  example 1 - Iterpretive category: If only one participant submits a still life photo of a lemon for "The Best Yellow Thing" that would qualify as unique.
  example 2 - Specific subject: If 2 people submit the same circumstance and framing of the same specific subject, like both take a picture of "Santa in his same outfit, standing in a very similar pose, neither participant will get a point for an original subject. If one santa is standing on a pile of presents, but the other even with the same pose is instead standing next to a reindeer, they could be considered unique.
  -- An entry will be found to be non-unique If %50 or more voting participants determine so.

- 1 point will be given to the photograph voted to best represent the category.
  Category voting to be done by the participants, and you may not vote for your own submission.
  In the event of a tied vote for best of category, Winner will be determined by a random coinflip!

3) - Winning
- The winner of this (only for fun, friends and family) photo-scavenger hunt contest will receive my $20 gift card to cabellas.
- The winner to be determined by the one with the most points.
- If there is a tie for most total points, a coinflip will be made to determine the winner.
- If more than 2 people are tied for most points, a coinflip bracket shall determine the winner.
